In these terms, “we” and “Archie” refer to HC Venture Capital S.A.S. “You” or “the user” refers to any person who visits or uses the Site.
2. Purpose of the Website
The website is both informative and commercial. On it, we present our services in digital marketing, content, advertising, SEO, design, audiovisual production, web development and technology; we showcase examples of our work; we publish articles; and we enable you to contact us or request an assessment.
The information on this website does not constitute a binding commercial offer. The terms and conditions of each service (scope, deliverables, timelines, price, payment method and validity) are set out in the proposal or in the contract we enter into with each client, which take precedence over the information published here.
3. Proper use of the Website
By using the Site, you agree to:

- Do not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or for any purposes that infringe the rights of third parties.

The assessment we offer on the website is a free consultation with no obligation to sign up. Its aim is to understand your business and advise you on where to start. Following the assessment, we may send you a commercial proposal, which will be valid for a specific period. To sign up for a service, you must either accept that proposal or sign the relevant contract.
5. Prices, payments and advertising spend
- The costs of our services are set out in each quotation and are invoiced electronically in accordance with Colombian regulations.
- Advertising spend (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn or other platforms) is not included in our fees, unless otherwise stated in the proposal. Payment is made directly to each platform, which applies its own terms and conditions.
- The budget ranges shown on the forms are for guidance only when preparing the assessment.
6. Results and accountability
We work using professional methods and measure results, but a campaign’s performance, search engine rankings and sales depend on factors beyond our complete control: algorithms and policies of third-party platforms, competition, budget, the market and client decisions. We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings on Google, follower numbers, sales or specific results, unless expressly agreed in writing.
The figures, testimonials and case studies published on the website describe the results of specific projects and do not guarantee the same results for other clients.
We endeavour to ensure that the Website is available and free from errors, but we accept no liability for any interruptions, technical faults or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, nor for the use that third parties make of the information published.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, illustrations, characters, photographs, videos, logos, the Archie brand and all other content on the Website are the property of HC Venture Capital S.A.S. or are used with the authorisation of their respective owners.
